From the exterior, the Fremlin residence is subtle in its grandeur. The exterior porch creates a sense of substance, enhanced by its heavy proportioned double columns.
As you enter, large cuts of flagstone give an air of grandeur and strength. Opening the door to the foyer, you’re greeted by an elegantly curved staircase. The gently curved stairway opens up through three floors and has a water curtain flowing over 35ft through the middle. This provides the “wow†factor for guests and continuous enjoyment for the owners.
Throughout the rest of the house elegant materials and design details create a memorable flow. One such feature is a stretched-fabric wall that serves as a grand accent.
Perhaps we didn’t use enough gold for an Egyptian King…but for this home’s King it is the perfect balance of grandeur and class.
