A great home design is nurtured and created. It only makes sense the work culture that incubates that design is also nurturing, creative and filled with positive tension. To that end we choose our staff members carefully and instill in the work culture an environment where work and play are truly inseparable.
The result is a work environment which is fun, warm and inclusive and we like to believe that only helps create the kind of designs that will help our clients feel the same energy that their homes were created in.

As the founding partner, we respectfully call him Mr. Victor. He takes most of the credit for the current industry recognition and repeated client referrals to VictorEric Premium Homes. This is his sole responsibility to the company, aside from lending his most excellent name which, not coincidentally, means winner.
