VictorEric was chosen to be our designer among almost 10 different designers we had interviewed. First encounter, Eric was very engaging, intelligent, and a great listener. He has this charm to calm us down, to lay out the groundwork for us. And the reason why we went with VictorEric is the design package, it literally saved us hundreds of hours.

Everyone that we worked with at VictorEric made us feel very comfortable with the process from beginning to end. The process was enjoyable and not stressful. The people at VictorEric were really good to work with, you felt at home and felt very well-taken care of. That’s partly why it was stress-free, because I felt that I didn’t have to worry about anything.

When you do the design and build process, you will have the most stress-free experience possible. I think in the end saved us a lot of money and time. We didn’t have to stress over anything…The first sketch that VictorEric did of the house, just based on the 3-hour conversation, probably is 95% consistent with this finished product now. So they nailed it, it was amazing.

We had an incredible project coordinator, she kept us on budget and delivered a beautiful product. We couldn’t be happier, I’m so in love with this house and I can’t imagine much better than this. I don’t think I can ask for anything more, VictorEric really delivered on everything we could’ve dreamt of.
